Once you have successfully download the ISO file from Microsoft (details are available, follow this process in order to install Windows 10 on a PC.

Step 1: Download the Windows 10 ISO image - available from Microsoft

Step 2: If you are installing on a regular PC, Burn it to an optical disk or create a bootable USB flash drive. Otherwise, just attach the ISO image using the virtual machine software of your choice.

Step 3: Install it mostly by clicking the Next button.

When you first boot the computer you’ll see a screen like this one:

Click Next.
 

Click Install now.

On the license agreement screen, tick I accept the licence terms and the click on Next.

At this point you’ll need to pick where to install Windows 10.

Click on Custom.

When the PC reboots, you will be able to select the settings like whether Windows Updates are enabled (they aren’t allowed to be disabled in the preview). For the first time running the setup, we recommend using the express settings.

Click on Use express settings

The next screen allows you to decide who owns the PC that you are installing on.

Select either option and click Next.

If you chose to This device belongs to my company, then you will be prompted to add the computer to a Microsoft Active Directory domain.

If you chose This device belongs to me, then you will be prompted to login with a Microsoft account. 

We recommend using a Microsoft account because otherwise you won’t be able to use all of the new features of Windows 10.

If you don't have a Microsoft account, click on Sign up, otherwise enter you details and click on Sign in.

Once your account is setup properly, the setup of the PC continues.

And now a colorful screen that tells us things are happening.

And finally, we are at the desktop!

Now to begin, click that Start button.
